| Apogee, at the top of the upscale condo market in South Florida is located in South Beach. FCU was hired by John Moriority of Florida to Pump, place and finish the concrete at this prominient SOBE condo. |

| At the begging of this project there was a large amont of talk as it had the apperance of a lake. Some would wonder, "how are you going to get all that water out of there." | Complicated pour turned into another successful project. FCU provided Gimrock Construction a Hialeah based bridge contractor with two 39X Boom Pumps for an early morning deck pour. FCU mobilized one 39X on a floating barge and another on the embankment with 400 feet of 5 inch line joining the two. |
