Gryphon Construction brought FCU in for this concrete monster at Everglades on the Bay. The Everglades on the Bay Podium that was well over 1 million square feet alone stands 10 floors high and utilized 6 placing booms to place the concrete and poured at least 4 times per week. On top of this massive podium stands two 55 Story Towers that are clearly seen from biscayne bay. Each tower had a 32 Meter Placing Boom that was fed by a Schwing BPL8000 High-Rise Pump. Both of these huge towers rest on a 5,500 cubic yard foundation poured at the very begining of the project on back 2 back weekends.
